Francis ... one of my childhood heroes.

Something you had written here, about how the body knows very well how to die in circumstances when there is absolutely no food to be had, has calmed my anxieties on a daily basis.  It is a relief to know that this body knows what to do without instructions or textbooks!

We truly are just passing through this grand hallucination ... Ah, to be able to enjoy a nap, come what may.
