Watch this a few times. I promise you will laugh from your gut. It's someone reciting one of Ikkyu's poems. :D
Zen Master Ikkyu's funny dirty love poem / Crazy Cloud (http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=Gqc0mhjPDqI)
I have bad news mixed with great news concerning my Ikkyu Research Project. First of all, nothing on or by Ikkyu (Crazy Cloud) at local library.
Also on the "bad" side: Ikkyu and the Crazy Cloud Anthology: A Zen Poet of Medieval Japan (http://www.amazon.com/Ikkyu-Crazy-Cloud-Anthology-Representative/dp/0860083403) sells for $141.68 at Amazon. Not an option.
Great News. Sonja Elaine Arntzen wrote a 337 page thesis paper for the Department of Asian Studies for her doctorate in philosophy at the University of British Columbia. It is available as a pdf document!
The poetry of the Kyounshu "Crazy Cloud Anthology" of Ikkyu Sojun (http://terebess.hu/zen/mesterek/CrazyCloud.pdf)
It's a start.
