In your post about China´s one child policy I read that overpopulation was a such a huge issue that in China the communist government forced couples to have one child for many years. As a result parents aborted or killed girls in favor of having boys as their only child.But the PRC abandoned that policy many years ago.
I read that Israel was working on a biological weapon designed to kill specifically the Palestinians and Arabs. Their intention was to use the ability of viruses and certain bacteria to alter the DNA inside their host’s living cells. The scientists tried to engineer deadly microorganisms that attack only those bearing the distinctive genes. It was clearly mass killings by racial profiling, in other words.
As you know th elite believes that the exploding population of the world resembles a virus or plague and that it must be combated as such. They are with population control. They don’t give a damn which races they target because their only concern is to have the population at a figure they feel is controllable. Millions and millions of us are seen as a herd to them—their own herd. If what I hear is true this CCP virus was part of their plan to wipe out billions of us in quick fashion.
As I remember On December 10, 1974, a document was submitted to the United States’ National Security Council. The report´s title was “Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests.” The author,Henry Kissinger, was the national security advisor to the president of the United States and the U.S. secretary of state.
Kissinger had plans to deal with the problems that overpopulation would cause. He suggested that a plan should be implemented to to target certain nations for depopulation. These included India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Turkey, Nigeria, Egypt, Ethiopia, Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil. Kissinger had concluded that almost half of the increase in the world’s population would be caused by these countries, In his program people would be punished for having more than one child.
Kissinger’s concern was that if some of the nations near collapse were ones from which the United States purchased vital commodities, such as oil, then this would likely plunge the United States into a dangerous situation. He foresaw chaos and anarchy. For this reason, Kissinger felt that the world of national security should lead the fight against overpopulation. In short, for the elite to survive millions must go.
In this world we are just statistics.

Henry Kissinger is indeed an evil person. but evil always prevail, we ain't in a utopia. he had a Nobel peace prize in 1973 (talk about irony). I heard a joke a while ago, that president Obama holds the world record for the most children killed by a nobel peace prize winner. ;D. because his drone program that bombarded our brown people in middle east. obviously middle east has a fiery duo of religion and oil. well, "might is right" right?
we are no angels of course, if we have power we would have done the same( we did that in the past). that the same Obama the "Left" acclaim and praise as a good person in the media cause he used to share cute pics on the media. and spin-doctored to the masses.

Yes, humans are no angelic beings. Homo sapiens sapiens is incorrigible. I suppose our ancestors, the other prototypes such as the Cro Magnon, Neanderthal, Florensis, were not well designed and failed. Faulty creatures are not needed.
One must remember what Hitler and Stalin did in WWII and before them we have the Armenian Genocide by the Turkish and before that the extermination of the Herero people in what is now Namibia in 1904 by Imperial Germany. Hitler waged a total war of extermination against the Jews. I also take into account T4,the Nazi euthanasia program where many were eliminated some time before the start of WWII. This Earth is soaked in blood.

He stated in his document that a long-term sterilizing capsule could be inserted in women at puberty and will be removed, with official permission, for a limited number of births. Control must be implemented but still a limited number of slaves are needed. And all this was prepared in the 1970s.
And he is not the only one. Years ago I heard about this Club of Rome whose founder Aurelio Peccei said:
“The common enemy of humanity is man. In searching for a new enemy to unite us, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like would fit the bill. ...The real enemy then is humanity itself.”
In the first years of the nineteenth century the world’s population reached one billion. By around 1930 two billion. By the sixties, three billion, four billion by the mid 1970s, and five billion by the late eighties. When the twenty-first century started, six billion. In 2013, Earth reached seven billion. By 2040, Earth reaches nine billion. Again for the elite to survive we must go. Simple as that.
If these control measures are enforced from now on the question is: will millions of pregnant women go to jail or be forced to have abortions or even sterilized at a faster speed? Wars, famines, plagues, floods,etc., have not been enough for those in power.
But this population control is also aided by the drug companies. A Danish doctor, Peter Gotzsche, said that “the main reason we take so many drugs is that drug companies don’t sell drugs, they sell lies about drugs.” He also said that “patients don’t realise that, although their doctors may know a lot about diseases and human physiology and psychology, they know very, very little about drugs that hasn’t been carefully concocted and dressed up by the drug industry. Regarding Colonel Hugo Chávez, I can only tell you that, as far as I remember, he led a coup against Venezuelan President Carlos Andrés Pérez in 1992, his coup failed and spent some time in a military prison. He ran for president winning the elections in 1998 and dying in 2013. He came to Paraguay in 2003 when Oscar Nicanor Duarte Frutos became president of Paraguay. Paraguay owes money to PDVSA, the Venezuelan state oil company.
When Monsignor Fernando Lugo became president in 2008 he came to visit Paraguay. I heard that he supported Lugo greatly and the then Ministry of Foreign Affairs Nicolás Maduro came some days before Lugo was removed from power in 2012. Maduro became president after Chavez´s death. Chávez always spoke about Simón Bolívar, the Liberator of the Americas. He proclaimed a Revolución Bolivariana or Bolivar´s Revolution. His political party is the Partido Socialista Unido de Venezuela.
There were rumors that his cancer was really a political assassination. He went to Cuba to have a treatment for cancer. I often heard him on TV talking about the socialist revolution. I always thought that it was easy to speak of socialism when Venezuela was a member of OPEC, the organization of petroleum exporting countries and 80 percent of the oil went to the USA. I can say that he was a very charismatic leader, remembering him from the distance. He always shouted Patria, Socialismo o Muerte or Fatherland, Socialism or Death.
He admired much the Cuban leader, Fidel Castro and Venezuelan oil saved the Cuban economy. There was a failed coup d´etat against him in 2002.I remember watching on TV when he met the Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein in 2003. That must have angered Mr.Bush at that time. I think it was in 2006 when Colonel Chávez went to the UN to give his speech. He gave his speech some time after Bush and he said that that place should be exorcised by a priest.
I often heard Camilo Soares on the radio stations here. He started a socialist movement in 2006 named PMAS, Partido del Movimiento al Socialismo. I think he is a sociologist. He was part of the cabinet of President Fernando Lugo. He was in charge of the Secretariat for National Emergency but he faced legal problems owing to allegations of corruption. His case is still pending in court. Last year he was involved in the resignation of the Intendente (mayor of the city) Mario Ferreiro because of some payments.
Paraguay has diplomatic relations with Cuba. There are some Cubans living here. Some of the left the island to have better perspectives. I don´t know if there are Cuban exiles.

Why have Catholic priests molested children? It is a difficult question and no easy answers. I suppose many of these priests suffered sexual abuse at home or even in the seminaries. Maybe their confessors did not detect these problems before they were ordained or they just turned a blind eye because they thought they would vanish in time. I think it also has to do with the fact these priests did not have any sexual relationships with women. This repression must have caused severe psychological harm.
I remember Pope Francis removed a bishop in Ciudad del Este because he promoted a priest accused of child abuse in 2014. Two years ago a Redemptorist priest was convicted of abusing a 14-year old boy but he received a light sentence in Encarnación. He was given a two-year jail sentence and fined with a $ 800 fine. I think there must be many cases but where a sort of agreement was reached.

I have been too influenced by the life and spoken words of the deceased Native John Trudell to believe that one can get very far going toe-to-toe with riot police. This "Predator Class/Energy" is not in the least bit afraid of protestors and rioters. Someone funds them, some make money off them (selling signs and paint), and such demonstrations pave the way for the "militarized police forces" to test out their toys [read: weapons designed for crowd control, such as the kind of sonic vibrations comparable to The Father's gadget in the Island of Dr. Moreau].
They fear a clear coherent thinking human being, someone like Senor Raul of Paraguay, perhaps ... Senor Raul has pointed out a few times at least that there are those paranoid control-freaks who might find our innocent philosophical inquiries more than a little annoying.

the situation in Syria is as bleak as ever since a decade. in my family place, the people live by harvesting crops (Wheat mainly). the last month was a horror for people, thousands of hectares set on fire by "God know who" there are many forces in that place, for a starter USA and Russia , then Turkey, Iran and many proxies. it is the scorched earth 101. the famine is looming in whole country, people can't find bread and that a good environment to utilize people. Erdogan of Turkey for example, is hiring mercenary and send them abroad to fight in Libya as his pawns. teens aged 16 and above are being recruited.
I knew long ago it is the law of the jungle that govern the human race, but I didn't internalize it and seeped into my bones until this week. morality, human rights, tolerance are just bullShit. we are just denying our animalism.

In this country chipa is a donut - shaped bread. It is made with cassava, flour, lard and anise. We also have mbejú, cheese flat bread with butter. It is made with cassava or yucca starch/flour, cheese and bound with little milk. In our cold weather people eat mbeju with cocido (yerba mate tea) or coffee.
Here the Ministry of Agriculture is warning about plague of locusts in the countryside. I honestly expect the worst to happen. We are truly living in apocalyptic times. Every post I write in this board could be my last.
Indeed we are beasts. Here we have an expression, a mixture of Spanish and Guarni, mbareté, that means the law of the strong or law of the jungle. For Madeleine Albright, Erdogan and so many desk butcherers a human life is expendable or replaceable. Yes, I remembered this lady talking about the sanctions against Iraq. But Saddam could not care less about the children or the elderly. After all thousands and thousands of Iraqi and Iranians were massacred between 1980-1988 and during the Gulf War. In her view it was worth killing 500,000 Iraqi children. “We think the price is worth it, she said. This is peanuts she could have added.
