Eastern Promises - The Barber Scene
« on: May 19, 2020, 07:08:52 am »
Holden,

Thank you for the links and the trailer.  Life in this slave farm is a great misfortune. Today I saw a young pregnant woman with a face mask. I suppose she must think the virus will not touch her or her baby. In the cosmic calendar the history of the homo sapiens takes only 14 seconds. We are nothing.

In addition to the Godfather trilogy, I saw these movies:
1.The Untouchables  about Al Capone with actors Sean Connery and Robert De Niro. 2.American Gangster with Denzel Washington.3.Eastern Promises about the Russian mafia in London with Viggo Mortensen. This film shows that in Russian prisons the history of men are on their tattoed bodies. No tattoes, you do not exist. 4.El Patrón del Mal, or The Evil Boss about Colombian drug lord Pablo Escobar Gavíria.5. Scarface with Al Pacino. 6.The Irishman with Joe Pesci, Robert De Niro and Al Pacino.  I have not seen the movie about the Iceman based on a true story, about Richard Kuklinski, the Mafia hitman.

I only read the Genesis and the four Gospels a long time ago. Almost every book I read quotes the gospels. I saw The Last Temptation of Christ with Willem Dafoe a long time ago. Interesting movie. At this moment if you want to attend a Catholic mass you have to phone the parish office first and then you go due to this pandemic.

I forgot to add that the Black Death could have started due to cattle disease, anthrax. Anthrax was also used in germ warfare but it was not used in WWII. And last but not least it could have started in outer space according to two scientists called Fred Hoyle and Chandra Wickramasinghe who doubt the disease could have spread across Europe exclusively with migratory rats; their thesis is that the Black Death originated in cosmic dust. In their view conditions on primeval earth were not suitable for the production of life. It is far more likely that life arrived on earth from somewhere beyond it.

Here the governments has tried to privatize some public sectors. The state water company and telephone
company are their main targets.Thousands will be jobless if the privatization succeed. Big fish eat little fish.

Sometimes I see the military, some of them are women, patrolling the streets. They all wear the same uniform and why is that? Because they are anonymous so they are expendable or replaceable. If they are removed by the virus only their families will miss them but specially they will miss their paychecks.

Stay safe.

Senor Raul,

1.Thanks for you message.Death appears to me to be a great boom, unfortunately, there is  always the probability that we might get reconstituted again.

2.I dont like talking to people. People are dangerous and its much better if we stay away from them. They cause a lot of harm.

3.In the last 10 years about 1100 soldiers have killed themselves. In the papers I often read that the man who has died left behind his wife and kids. I find it so strange. People marrying, copulating.
4.Its around 2 in the night and I am feeling sleepy and depressed. I have been depressed for as long as I have been breathing.
5.What a strange existence I have got. No one knows anything and yet people wish to marry and make babies.
6.Thanks for the movie list.
7.There is no cure for my melancholy,my very bones are sad. Sad and resigned.

Take care.

Holden,

I hope you are not having problems with your medication. By the way the health authorities are going to conduct the tests for the virus in the public sectors. The state employees will be tested to see if they are infected.

Indeed people are dangerous and it is better to stay away from them. Human existence is strange but most do not realize that situation. To awaken is too dangerous. Those questions such as Who am I, Where am I going, etc, etc. are idiotic issues to them. They think that what you need is sex and a well paid job. To know oneself must sound like a good motto. They just want to be “happy”. Most go with the crowd of the blind. This is the price of life.

The human mind is a mistery. The war for mind control has been fought since ancient times. Those countries which have the control over the mind of its citizens are more powerful than those who have nuclear weapons.

You are very strong, Holden, you endure much over there. You wrote once: “They mock me all the time. What saves me?My protective armour of introversion. My suggestion to you is that you should never ever get a job again ,if possible. It is just not worth it.” Your armour helps you in enduring this jail planet.
We have been captured. The once percent in our mind/brain makes us realize that our captivity may be never ending.

Sexual pleasure is the most evil tool with which this world has been programmed. In order to perpetuate this pain we are given crumbs of pleasure and enjoyment, the perfect bait so that nobody seeks self-termination.

I do believe in the existence of hell because hell is here on this Earth.

Yes, sleeping, marrying, copulating, eating, partying, etc. is all strange. Last year I went to renew my cédula, identity card in the Police Identification Department. In the hall there are photographs of officers who died in combat against the Paraguayan People´s Army, a guerrilla group here. Most of them left wives and children orphaned. They are soon forgotten. Cannon fodder.

Catholic priests say that in Easter Christians celebrate the death of Christ and represent it to die with him. Christians celebrate death because they do not really believe in it. It is considered a transition to eternal life, a more authentic life. If Christians do not die they cannot resuscitate.

Stay well.

Senor Raul,

1.Thanks for your message.Much appreciated. Here the shops are slated to open on 1st June.

2.I liked the quiet which is present at the moment and would not mind one bit if it were to last for a long time.

3.Life is quite sad. Not just for me but for all sentient beings.I use the cheapest computer available in India and I don’t even use MS Office.I use free Office software available over the internet. They don’t have a lot of features, but they help me some what and save me some amount of money.

4.Sometimes I think I should buy everything second hand for they are cheaper-computer,clothes,shoes, everything but I am no good at bargaining and haggling and I am afraid of getting swindled,so what I do is that I go to Amazons website and sort the item I want to buy by price and they I buy the cheapest option available

5.My father splurges a lot of money on iphones and Macbooks. On everything except my education. For my under-graduation he found the cheapest college possible and for my post graduation, I took a loan and paid it off myself.

6.I think my parents want to get me married because then they think that if something happens to me,like tuberculosis, which I contracted last year and am still on pills, then they would be able to say that I am not longer their responsibility.

7.But I would never get married. In Japan, in the medieval era, when a rich and a powerful man humiliated a poor man in public, the poor man could not retaliate directly, as I am sure is obvious to you.So what the poor man did was that, he went to the door step of the rich man who humiliated him and he killed himself on his doorstep. That was the only way he could get back at his tormentor.

8.Well, my friend take care and goodbye for now. I glad I could meet you in this otherwise wretched and miserable life of mine.

9.I look forward to one of your historical anecdotes.

The Name of the Rose - A monk should not laugh
« Reply #4 on: May 21, 2020, 06:56:22 am »
Holden,

Thank you for your comments. I think you have many historical anecdotes from India. I think a collected works of your posts could be published from the board.

Every time I write in this board, I consider it my last post because as we say in Spanish tomorrow is another day. I could be removed by the Chinese bug, dengue, a motorbike, a car, a stray bullet, or a knife. Even wearing face masks, muzzles, really, could kill you because they are very toxic also you are forbidden to laugh. Laughter is dangerous. Earth is a killing field.

Yes, life is sad and bitter for all sentient beings. I am also resigned and sad. Your story in medieval Japan reminds me of a Peruvian author, José María Arguedas,  who wrote a short story called in Spanish “El sueño del pongo”, the dream of the pongo.

The pongo in Peru was the lowest of the servants, servant of the servant. He was the servant in an hacienda, a sort of cattle ranch in Peru. One day the pongo tells his patron, or boss that he had a dream. In his dream both of them died and went to heaven. There, God sent his angels to cover the pongo with manure until it covers all his skin. On the other hand, the rich man was completely bathed in milk by the angels. The boss was very happy to hear the pongo´s dream. It seemed fair to him and he believes that is what God will do. He encourages to continue with the dream and then asks the pongo: and what happens next? The pongo answers: When God saw the two of them covered in manure and honey, he tells them: now lick each other all the body mutually, one another until they are completely clean. This must be divine justice, the place where everything is upside down where the defeated becomes the conqueror.

Stay safe.

Senor Raul,
1.Thanks for the message.

2.Some physicists have postulated the existence of parallel universe. But I think I must be quite gloomy in those universes too.The misery is inescapable. This movie,Name of the Rose, is worth watching?

3.Sometimes I wonder how strange this whole world is.Most parents often say that they are living for the kids.Thats patently false.

4.Its a vicious circle. I must break it once and for all.

5.Why thrust this abominable existence upon the unborn.

6.All religious encourage kids. Its all so difficult to understand.

7.If people really wanted to end this existence they could have done it long age.

8.Instead what they want to do is to have babies, the more, the merrier, they say.

9.We are all monster. In India, the euphemism GOOD NEWS is used to declare pregnancy.

10.GOOD NEWS? I dont see anything good about it-only continued tragedy.

11.We are already here and we did not have a choice in the matter but to perpetuate this predicament is monstrous.

Take care.

Holden,

When I was a baby my mother changed my diapers and now I have to wear baby diapers in my mouth.

When you go against the current you pay a heavy price in this abominable world.

If there are parallel universes it strengthens the fact that all sentient life is a hellish game. In my view The Name of the Rose is worth watching. I saw it in 1985. It is based on a book written by the Italian author Humberto Eco.

I too often hear some say that they are living for their children. Then in the years to come they will expect their children to live for them. It is a vicious circle. Most parents complain about the situation in the world, its misery, sorrows and injustice but again  they brought children to this black hole. But as you say we are all monsters here. I cannot plead not guilty as they say in U.S. courts.  Most couples, as I heard, say that bringing children is a blessing. I remember watching a documentary where genetic changes from the trauma suffered by Holocaust survivors were capable of being passed on to their children,  so this means that a person’s life experience can affect future generations.

You say that if people really wanted to end this existence they could have done it long age; it is true. We have had these world wars which were a kind of suicide. A mass suicide, structured and directed by the military who were safe in front of a chessboard soaked in blood.  In this cruel sport there are no dead, only casualties and a human life is useful to shoot a firearm but at the same time that human life is worthless because it is not a person who fights but an entire army; a compact mass forced to kill or be killed.

Remembering my basic knowledge of the Gnostics; they said that traditional religion was the opiate of the masses because it kept people satisfied to serve the gods and their kings as obedient slaves  and vassals. The say that human beings are more than the mere creation of the gods. For them religion was to find spiritual union with the ultimate God, the supreme source of all existence.

The Gnostics “experienced complete unity with the transcendent God in their initiations, these people were convinced that humans have an innate spiritual nature that is an extension of this transcendence. It is the divine embodied in each of us, the transcendent God made immanent within the human. They called this spark of God the pneuma, or spirit. It is our permanent immortal aspect, whereas most Gnostics thought that the psyche, or soul, was mortal. Although the soul survived the death of the physical body and could be reincarnated or suf  er in afterlife purgatories, it would not live on eternally. Once the universe ceased to exist, our souls would blip out like extinguished lights.”

Stay safe and sound.

For Senor Raul,
"But I don't want to go among mad people" said Alice. "Oh, you can't help that." Said the cat.

Holden,

Thank you for the quote and the link. It is a sad story. This reminds me of stories I heard in the eighties that the Koreans here ate cats. I don´t know if there was any truth in that.

A physician told me that you have tested positive for pessimism so therefore you will be injected with massive doses of the happy virus.

Stay safe.

DUMB LOGIC:

If you cheat on her:
You are a pig and it’s your fault.

If she cheats on you:
You were never there for her and it’s your fault.

Truth is, women can never be held accountable for their actions because society views women as innocent angels.

They are not.

The red pill rage is inevitable. Sooner or later you will be awoken through pain or sorrow.

For example:

•Divorce/break up
•Falsely accused by a woman
•Beaten up by white knights
•Get cheated on
•Get beaten by your wife/gf
•Get stuck with child that’s not yours
