Holden,

Thank you for your videos and the quotes. The Melancholia video is illuminating. The video where the guy warns about marriage is both funny and interesting. The first video you posted on November 6 is not available.

I am a result of circumstances and situations beyond my control. I certainly did not choose my gender, my nationality, my parents, my language, etc.

Had I been born in the Congo, Honduras, or in Germany life would have been different. Many people view me as a foolish, pessimistic, parasite, selfish and passive person. Yes, I am all that. I could have been worse. I could have been a psychopathic killer.

A few years ago I read about Karl Marx´s son-in law, Paul Lafargue whom Marx called Gorilla or Negrillo. Lafargue was born in Cuba. He committed suicide together with Laura, Marx´s daughter, on the night of November 25–26, 1911. Paul administered an injection of potassium cyanide. If I were honest I should do something like that. But the will to life is very strong.

Sex is what keeps this insane world running. I read that this pharmaceutical company, Pfizer, was the one who manufactured **** in the late 1990s. How appropriate! Everything is interlinked.

If you have a pig farm you want your pigs to be productive in order to fatten the farm. Even the elderly can still get young women pregnant. Once again we are just farm animals. The sex drive was inserted in our human bodies. We have been programmed.

You will continue to suffer attacks on your mind. I hope you withstand them as long as you can. You do not fit in. That´s the issue. Those who attack you are sowers of death.

As usual life is tragic, a prison, an inferno. It is a long agony.

Stay safe.

No Escape( To Don Raul)

Don Raul,

Thanks for the message. It was not only quite rich philosophically but also contained elegant prose.

Main problem that I experience is that of recurring panic attacks. They leave me almost paralysed. I recover, yes, but only to be hit by the next one and believe me, while I am experiencing one, I feel quite terrible.

Is college education exceedingly expensive in Paraguay too? Does it cause students to get into a debt trap?
In the university, there was a fellow student of mine who was upright and intellectually gifted. Today, he  not only has a wife but also two kids( a boy and a girl). His father believed that one should have kids early in one’s adulthood and so his father got him married when he was about twenty-five.

I think people like us are sensitive. What I mean is that we perceive not only more, but also, more profoundly ,than the others. Most men are thick-skinned and so, they go right ahead, get married, and procreate.

You mentioned Marx’s son-in-law and the chemical he used to do away with himself. However, I think, back in 1911, such chemicals were not heavily regulated and the man on the street had easy access to them. That is certainly not the case today.

Take care.

P.S.:For you-

Holden,

Once again thank you for your words and the video where Bakunin meets Marx.

I agree with you. The chemicals that Lafargue used to inject himself and his wife are not easily available. Nowadays from what I hear some people prefer to jump off from buildings or bridges.

Sometimes I forget that the board automatically censors some words. Pfizer manufactured vviagra in the late 1990s. I am sure some of your colleagues take it.

I suffer from panic attacks from time to time. I cannot endure closed spaces either.

On the issue of college education in this country, yes, it is expensive and some careers do not allow students to work. If you want to study medicine you will study only if you have parents or relatives supporting you during the 6 years that take to complete the career. If you pursue a career in the army or the police, that´s a different story. However I remember last year the police academy rejected students who did not have the necessary height.

As you know behind every pleasure, every beauty, every bliss, tragedy, the massacre, the horror are lurking. So happiness is out of the question. Some say that we must avoid vanity because our fate was written with a stick on the surface of water. All of us will vanish.

Parents love you, you hear them say, but we are brought into this world full of violence, pain, death, diseases, misery, pollution, depression, anxiety, etc. It is a hellish love.

In the late 1990s I watched a movie with Nicholas Gage and Meg Ryan called City of Angels. It is a romantic film where Cage plays an angel, Seth, and falls in love with an earthly woman, Ryan, Dr.Maggie Rice, and wishes to become a human in order to be with her.

In short, it is the story of the so-called fallen angels who copulated with women on Earth. So Seth jumps from a skyscraper and experiences everything that humans feel and sense. Later Maggie dies when riding a bicycle a truck kills her.

I say that Seth deserved that punishment for leaving heaven and become a human being. Our human condition is wretched. Were the fallen angels bored with so much happiness?

Stay safe.

For Don Raul:

There is no place in the woods or air or sea where all life is not a carnage of death in terror & agony. Each animal is a hunter, & in turn is hunted, by day & night. No landscape is so beautiful or day so balmy but the cry of suffering & sacrifice rends the air."

Dread (To Don Raul)
« Reply #982 on: November 11, 2021, 12:36:57 pm »
Don Raul,
Thanks for your message.
I,for one, do not like people I see around me.You and Herr Hauser are both very far away and yet I like the two of you far more than those who live next to me.

I think people like us are not that common. The pessimist is also in minority, often in a minority of one.

My dread intensifies along with the rising Sun. When one is dead ,one might finally experience some kind of relief, though one never knows.

So many people came before us,they suffered a great deal and now they are dead and buried.

It all appears senseless to me.Like I said to Herr Hauser once, the reason I greatly admire mathematics and logic is because, essentially, they are about possibility and not actuality, unlike physics.

Take care.

Sad(To Don Raul)

Don Raul,
Existence makes me feel disoriented.I do not know how one could live in the torture chamber of a world like this one.

Mosquitos  were biting me so much that they woke me up day after day.

I have bought a mosquito net with a base cloth and there has been some relief.

But the mosquitoes that bite a man's soul cannot be kept away with the help of any net.

This is one of the saddest places in the world as you can see for yourself:

I might be the saddest man here.

Here is a sad scene for you:

Take care.

Holden,

Thank you for the quotes. I hope you keep studying mathematics.

The worst nightmare is to awaken here.

I see beautiful women almost every day. However I know that their skin is just a costume that hides the horror of this freak show called life.

Yes, pessimists are a minority in this world and pessimists are not held in high regard. It is understandable. Most people only like positive attitudes especially nowadays. Most do not want to know that life is vicious. Most, including me, would like to see that everyone is beautiful, nice and pleasant. We do not want to burst our bubbles. We have been raised, educated and trained in lies all our lives.

This p(l)andemic has confirmed these dark views.

We don´t know if we all will feel relieved when we are dead. It is a big mystery. And indeed it all is pointless when, as you say, so many people came before us, they suffered a great deal and now they are dead and buried.

One thing is not a mystery. Clown Earth is hellish zoo. A demon created this murder farm but we, human beings, accept it and propagate it. We are ruthless demonic pigs. We say to ourselves and to others that we are human beings. Are we really that? We are hypocrites.

Stay alert.

Children of Dracula(To Don Raul)
« Reply #987 on: November 13, 2021, 06:20:49 pm »
Don Raul,

I hope you are doing well. Yes, I am studying mathematics. The reason to do so is philosophical and not commercial.

Lot of bugs in the house. In a way, we are bugs too. As Mr. Gary says, this is a bug planet.I wonder if you have read “Dracula”. Most of the people I meet might as well be the children of Dracula because they keep trying to suck blood out of me.

Most of the husbands here are henpecked and are deathly afraid of their wives because the wives are pretty domineering.

They keep trying to pigeon-hole me-my mum by trying to get me married, my old college friend,by trying to make me join their rotten Whats App group and my father,by trying to get me to abandon my mathematical studies.

But I have decided to make sure that all their efforts go in vain.
As you might have observed by reading news et cetra. that the society in this place is highly orthodox and they really hate it if someone leads an unconventional life like I do.

Now, I think, while I do believe in a kind of conservative stance, it is certainly not the conventional conservatism which worships family. Mine is much closer to that espoused by Schopenhauer.

From time to time I suffer from insomnia during the night and tonight is one of those nights and it is really does not feel nice.

I wanted to ask you if you would like to recommend any of the melancholic novels that you have read.
I would rather enter a lion’s den that join their accursed group, because I see quite clearly what they are-vampires thirty for my blood.

I hope you health issues get resolved soon. I have stopped using ear-phones completely and so my ears do not ache so much. I would never ever use ear-phones again. I also keep the widows open somewhat to make sure that I get fresh air, I do not want the bacteria in my lungs to start growing all over again.

Take care.

P.S.

Holden,

Indeed, we are the children of Dracula. We are vampiric creatures.

Thank you for the videos and the link about the happiness reports. I doubt very much that one can rank happiness per countries in this torture chamber as you call it.

I think my health issues will get resolved only when I pass away.

I only watched Dracula with actor Gary Oldman and Keanu Reeves many years ago.

Although in this country there are lots of reports of domestic violence, I think most wives are also domineering.

You have battles on many fronts. Your father who wants you to quit studying mathematics, your mother insisting you get married and then these people who want you to join the Whatsapp group. Then your colleagues at work and your neighbor who is lurking there.
You will confront many battles still because you do not want to belong to the herd.

In my view you have read all the melancholic authors one can think of.

I read, taken from libgen, The Auschwitz Photographer by Luca Crippa and Maurizio Onnis. The photographer, Wilhelm Brasse, is a prisoner in Auschwitz and he recorded his memories in that slaughterhouse. You may find it interesting. It is a depressing read.

Stay safe.

Horror ( To Don Raul)
« Reply #989 on: November 17, 2021, 07:21:02 am »
Don Raul,

Thanks for your message and the book suggestion. It would have been wonderful if all of us could live just by soaking sunlight. But that is not the case. One animal is obliged to kill another to feed its belly and young ones. It is not different with human beings of course and I do not mean non-vegetarianism by that.

I mean, that there are all sorts of sociopaths, psychopaths and all kinds of vampires. While in the final analysis I disagree with Marx, when he compares Capitalism to a vampire, he is not entirely wrong.

You wish to know the reason why the world is worse than it needs to be?Precisely because most men,willy-nilly, refuse to recognise what this world truly is. Schopenhauer’s work is like the Sun they are afraid to stare at for too long, lest it should render them blind.

If most people recognized world for what it is, they would be more humane. Alas, they are human, only too human.
It is the same thing with marriage. Most couples refuse to accept that they not only do not love their spouse, after the honeymoon period is over, and the hormones are no longer bubbling and buzzing, but that they positively detest them.

No wonder extramarital affairs are the norm, not the exception. There is ,I am not sorry to say, nothing “Holy” about “Matrimony”.
I,for one, want to have nothing to do this “beautiful world” or with the “beautiful people”. No wonder all of the people who look at the rotten core of this world do no wish to have anything to do with politics. There can be no improvements,at least, not the ones that truly matter. What a filthy planet this is. The human animal, I do not need to tell you, is the worst of them all.If you ever wish to watch a real horror show, you need not visit the nearest cinema hall, only the nearest family court.

I hope that your bodily ailments are not causing you too much trouble.

Take care.

P.S.:
