On Angst ( To Don Raul)

I agree with Husserl that there is definitely a problem with the naturalisation of epistemology, for it presupposes that very thing it sets out to prove.
Husserl is clearly inspired buy Kant.He started off as a mathematician and Kant himself lectured on physics often.
I can see why Phenomenology would make sense to Herr Hauser.I want to learn mathematics and philosophy and yet at the same time,my "existential" issues swing a noose in front of my eyes on daily basis.

I think of the young Schopenhauer( although I am not longer young), who kept thinking about philosophical issues in the midst of Napoleonic wars. I don't even know enough mathematics and philosophy to have an intelligible conversation with Herr Hauser and Don Raul.

Why am I still alive? Despite daily torments? I do not know.
I think I have somethings I would like to say, before I leave this world. Yet, I do not want to say them to people around me but only to Herr Hauser and Don Raul.
Indian culture is extremely profit oriented and I just do not fit in. I stick out like a sore thumb.

Is it Egotism that makes me believe that I have something original and honest to say? Probably. A more pragmatic question is- would I be able to live enough to put my thoughts down in black and white. I do doubt it.

For example, I think that Fichte and Schelling clearly left their marks on Schopenhauer . Schopenhauer attended classes by Fichte. Schopenhauer would rectify their mistakes. How blessed am I to have read Schopenhauer? Immensely.
Then there are my panic attacks. My cursed panic attacks...

Be Drunk

Be Drunk
Charles Baudelaire

You have to be always drunk. That's all there is to it—it's the only way. So as not to feel the horrible burden of time that breaks your back and bends you to the earth, you have to be continually drunk.

But on what? Wine, poetry or virtue, as you wish. But be drunk.

And if sometimes, on the steps of a palace or the green grass of a ditch, in the mournful solitude of your room, you wake again, drunkenness already diminishing or gone, ask the wind, the wave, the star, the bird, the clock, everything that is flying, everything that is groaning, everything that is rolling, everything that is singing, everything that is speaking. . .ask what time it is and wind, wave, star, bird, clock will answer you: "It is time to be drunk! So as not to be the martyred slaves of time, be drunk, be continually drunk! On wine, on poetry or on virtue as you wish."

Nature, according to Schelling and Hegel is intelligible. IT IS NOT.

This is hilarious.

I am not sure how much more I can take from this world.    At least I am able to rub elbows with the Third World in Asbury Park, New Jersey.

My nephew sent me laundry money.   My clothes are trapped in a vindictive woman's apartment.  Che Chevera loves me more than Jesus Fucking Christ.

What I would say is- unlike Satre  who believed that existence comes before essence ,I believe that one must study the facticity  about one's existence and about one's heritage in great detail because there might be important clues there.

Take care.

Holden,

Thank you for your words and the video clip with Professor Sam Vaknin.

Life is a punishment and here we,lustful and sShitty apes, are suffering until the day we die. We are the same as our true father, so to speak, the Demiurge. Honor thy father, says the Old Testament, I remember.

Again our designers knew what they were doing. Look at our human hardware, so to speak, a female has breasts, a vvagina, a sShithole and a male has a ppenis. All designed to breed.

I have just heard on a Paraguayan radio station a psychologist say that 1 out of 7 among teenagers are likely to commit suicide worldwide. But again few want to deal with this delicate issue specially after the so-called pandemic. And a few days earlier a gunman shoots 22 children in Thailand. What a world! Don´t we reap what we sow in this disgusting planet?

Stay safe.

What escaped Jesus did not escape Buddha: “If three things did not exist in the world, O disciples, the Perfect One would not appear in the world. . .” And ahead of old age and death he places the fact of birth, source of every infirmity, every disaster. (CIORAN)
