Shall I consider myself one worthy to be the organic intellectual able to embrace Schopenhauer as Cioran did rather than be the Master's antagonist - as Nietzsche did?

Both Nietzsche and Cioran would have qualified for mood disorder disability, but perhaps Friedrich would prove to be better able to survive the squalor and anxiety that goes along with living in subsidized substandard housing, under the microscope with corrupt pharma-industry paying its aspiring mental health techies-in-training peddling synthetic drugs into BRAIN$.  I mean, who can say?

I think that living on welfare and even depending on government assistance would force anyone to grapple with very painful realizations about the nature of our world:  our dependency on grocery stores and total inability to exist in this world UNPLUGGED from the gargantuan artifice of CIVILIZATION.   We are in a zoo without zookeepers, for even those who fancy themselves the  Wardens of the Taker Prison are also faceless captives of the Prison Made of Meat.

It certainly is no EASY life, and anyone who slings dirt on people who rely on it ought to try it for a few years themselves  - to see how easy the lifestyle is.  [please detect sarcasm]   :-*

An Idea for Diffusing Anxieties over the genetic annihilation of genetically recessive traits (fair skin, blue eyes, etc.) :

Keep in mind, as noted (and footnoted) by Nell Painter, with the depletion of the ozone layer, skin pigmentations of bronze, brown, and shades of black will give the human organism (vessel for any possible culture time-binded into the "future") more protection against the ultra-violet radiation coming from Our Elder Brother Sun, thereby decreasing dangers of skin cancer.  The irony of this might "melt alot of ice" around the heart of those who fear "being fuucked off the planet".

Take nothing personal!

Similarly, to help diffuse toxic masculinity, follow the advice of philosopher-comic Carlin:  remember we all begin as female prototype of the Species in our mother's wombs.  We first LOOK, LEARN, and LISTEN ... mostly from The Mother.

Later we may READ, WRITE, and COMPUTE ...  but our common denominator is always look, listen, learn.

As for the ever so explosive Antisemitic vibrations, at least for highly literate individuals, consider the brute fact that you have inherited the burden of the so-called Chosen People simply by practicing the technology of writing, using alphanumeric characters.   Once assimilated, we take on the culture of the People of the Book and suffer the tragic Fate of psychic exile from the Natural World.

I enjoy reading my own notes than reading Schopenhauer, Cioran, and others.  Ironically, this is what Schopenhauer would want for us.  He said that to pick up a book rather than inspect the contents of your own mind is a sin against The Holy Spirit!

There is something that just does not sit well with me when I reflect upon the past.

The military uses video games to recruit "gamers" as drone pilots.  A video game addict can drop out of high school to enter the military as a drone pilot, and by age 19, be training other gamers.  War as entertainment.

I remember, while on a bus out in Seattle, Washington, how an outraged Latina wanted to see me get punched in the face simply because I denied a statement she made, where she claimed that "Jesus Christ created all the mountains and every one of us."    There were several beautiful mountains one could see from the highway.

I have long since lost patience for such ignorance mistaking itself for authority - with the threat of violence, no less - even if she was extremely pretty.   I suppose many men would ditch any intellectual integrity they had just to make the kitty cat purr.

Like the Underground Man, I guess I have a way of making pretty kitty cats hiss.

Because they don't understand what you do, and because you aren't capable of explaining it so that they'd understand, they tend to assume you're just jerking off all day.

While all draw attention to Schopenhauer's following among artists and musicians, few dare shed 2 much light on the women who, possessing the keen rational-emotive sensitiity to get passed the off-handed remarks [a consequence of raw undistilled passion and intimate intellectual honesty infused with an integrity that can only be explained by a mythological kind of unboken wholeness birthed by the nature of spontaneity itself] he often made, have shown appreciation for the originality ... the sense of sincerity with great respect paid to all of our ancestors!

(mike):

I would have to be crazy not to be worried about my "future"  ... and yet, isn't it bad enough that we sense things will not end well for us?  Must we suffer to the dregs each day?

Can dark humor save us from the horrors conjured up by the sentient organic mind?

For me, love and family are not dreams to aspire to, but nightmares.

Writing is a great source of revenge!

I want to be a philosopher who can be read like a poet … a rebel monk without a religion, without a master, without a god.

Only the confused are being honest with themselves.  The trick I have not figured out is how to be coherently confused in such a way that does not invite advice, suggestions, or pre-packaged solutions.

Resigned to rest in confusion and drown as an honest ape-man.

Can the poet and the logician live in the same animal body?
Yes, but he will alienate those who prefer one over the other.
